AFL South East would like to welcome three new additions to the region being, Richard Black (left), Nick Eades (right) and Nick Stuart.
Commencing today, Richard Black has taken up the new role of Head of South-Eastern Victoria after the departure of John Anderson. The newly created position will have a strategic focus across the South East and Gippsland regions. Over the past eight months, Richard has been working at AFL Gippsland on review and recovery strategies for the region.
Nick Eades also commenced his new role today – Game Development Coordinator/South East Region – after spending three and a half years in the Northern Territory at AFL NT as the Game Development Manager. Nick also has experience with community clubs being involved at committee level at Nightcliff Football Club for two years and as a player at Eltham Football Club. Nick will be reporting directly to the newly created Area Manager in Nick Stuart who commences next week.
Nick Stuart takes up the newly created role of South East Area Manager. Nick has worked across Cricket Australia and is currently the Cricket Manager for South Australia. In that role, he has delivered participation growth and is well-positioned to build the football development strategy for AFL South East. Nick commences on March 16 and will be reporting directly to the Head of South East Victoria Richard Black.
