Here’s a wonderful opportunity to have a huge impact on the development of junior coaches and players throughout the AFL South East region.
Three (3) positions are currently available for AFL South East Junior Coaching Mentors, with the successful applicants to jointly create and deliver a Junior Coach Mentor Program that builds capacity within clubs to support junior and youth coaches.
Building upon the highly successful AFLSE Coach Mentor and Support Program, led by Brent Clinnick, the junior/youth program will assist clubs and coaching coordinators in developing football development plans and help coaches to get the best results from their many hours of hard work.
AFL South East Football Development Manager for Casey-Cardinia, Stuart Clark, said the role of junior and youth coaches was vital in the overall development of boys and girls across the region.
“Junior coaches play a crucial role in developing the next generation of footballers and can have a significant positive impact on the lives of young people,” Clark said.
